We aim to process all claims within 5 working days of receipt. if the claim is approved, we will provide you with a claim number and agreed labour time allowance via email. Once the repair is complete, please invoice us for the labour time allowance at a rate of £35 per hour, using the claim number emailed to you as a reference. Payment will be made via BACS to the bank details below with remittance advice being sent via email in the form of a credit note. the credit note number will be used as the BACS payment reference.
